About us
Intermax Group LTD
Intermax Group LTD arranges stays in homes, not hotel corridors. We list chalets, apartments, and villas that a guest can book from search to confirmation without sending a message into the void.
Each published house has a guest limit, a nightly rate, a cleaning fee, and a calendar. If the dates are free, you can reserve them. If they are not, the site says so.
For hosts, we take the listing, the calendar, and the guest messages. You approve the house. We keep the booking record.
Intermax Group LTD is registered in England & Wales. Company number 17483606. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
We do not confirm a date that is already taken.
We answer from the same office that holds the booking.
We would rather decline a house than list one we cannot describe honestly.
